excellent parking facilities, user-friendly Wi-Fi services, convenient access to public transport
The bathroom fixtures were broken and missing pieces!!! Housekeeping should address the harsh smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways!!! A chair for the desk would improve guest comfort significantly!!!

I almost thought this place woudl be good, but of course, there was no chair at the desk and breakfast was only served from 8am, causing me to miss it. I expected better service, perhaps a room upgrade, but instead, i got treated like any other guest. How lovely.

Staff really helpful and the hotel room is really comfortable and clean. It has basic facilities but absolutely value for money. Good location if you want to visit Alhambra. Limited option for breakfast but still good.

room and service are spacious and comfortable. environment is quiet and is next to a shopping centre and close to the motorway and Ronda Sur ring road. With free outdoor and covered parking, quick check-in, large desk, very comfortable beds, it is very good for business trips. Also, since its sign looks great from the highway, it is very easy to locate and reach without passing the exit.
Well maintained cabinet doors prevent guests from getting their fingers caught in them. Having sore fingers makes it difficult to manipulate the air conditioning power lever which, in this case, was already difficult to use. Now that I remember it, I laugh, but at the time, I remember not laughing. If at the check-out, instead of emphasizing that the breakfast buffet was being picked up on time, the possibility of having breakfast as in a normal cafeteria had been mentioned... we would have been delighted, and we would have had a say in their coffee, which, olfactorily, was very good.

Comfortable spacious room, very comfortable bed, helpful staff although they don't speak much english. Good breakfast. Evening meal was basic but what do you expect for only 9 euros! Bus to centre was 1.20 euros, taxi return for 7 euros.
Nothing.

Friendly staff. Gave my father a disabled adapted bathroom as he is 88. Good position if you don't want to stay actually in the middle of Granada. On bus route to centre. Lots of parking around.
